My Story

Growing up, I developed a deep appreciation for the great outdoors, spending my days hiking and relishing in the joy of cooking homemade meals with my family. As I entered my teenage years, I gained passion for nutrition and sports. Along this journey, I faced and overcame challenging battles with eating disorders, thanks to the unwavering support of my loved ones and the transformative power of sports. From a dedicated runner to a competitive bodybuilder, I pushed my limits and even had the privilege of competing with BNBF. I also obtained the qualification as a personal trainer, further fuelling my dedication to helping others on their own transformative fitness journeys.

Today, I embrace an active lifestyle, balancing my responsibilities as a medical affairs professional with my pursuit of outdoor exploration alongside my faithful Alaskan Malamute and effective workouts at the gym. Wholesome cooking remains a cornerstone of my routine. With extensive healthcare and scientific expertise, I ensure that every individual working with Mosi Fitness receives unparalleled guidance and support on their wellness journey.
