Thank you Mosi. I wasn’t really a huge fan of exercise when I started and I didn’t have too much motivation to begin with, so it was really the fact that I had sessions booked, that kept me going.
I think I was lucky to have Mosi, because he has enough knowledge to push you without making you feel like you can’t achieve something. Every session felt to me like a little win. Online or at the gym.

One of the best fitness decisions I ever made was joining Mossi Fitness.I have been training with Mossi Fitness now for nearly 5 months and am loving it. I really enjoy my sessions with Mossi. His sessions are well thought, he is great at explaining things and pushes me. I had been going to the gym before Mossi Fitness, both with a trainer and on my own but the improvements I have seen in the last few weeks far surpass anything I have achieved before. I am feeling stronger and leaner and feel so much better mentally after my sessions.
