I've had a few PTs in the past and Mosi is by far the best one I've ever had. He has extensive knowledge about diet, strength training and bodybuilding, which he taught me in my sessions so that I have a deeper understanding of why and how the exercises and food types would help me towards my goals. He's always been super flexible to fit around my lifestyle to make sure no sessions are ever missed. He's brilliant at motivating me and pushing me to try harder than I likely would alone, and as a result in only a couple of months I noticed my strength improve drastically, from being able to only squat 70kg to now 100kg and reaching my goal of benching 60kg. If you're looking for a PT who is knowledgeable and will take his time to listen to your goals and help you reach them, then I can't recommend Mosi enough!!
